Shipping & Delivery

At Truce Luxury, we take great care in the preparation and shipment of every piece to ensure it arrives safely to its new home.

Because many of our objects are antique, delicate, and irreplaceable, each parcel is carefully prepared using professional packing methods designed to protect fragile works of glass, crystal, bronze, and other historic materials during transit.

Signature Delivery

For the protection of both the collector and the object, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

This policy helps prevent lost or stolen packages and ensures that each piece is received directly by the recipient.

Once a shipment has been marked delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please let us know prior to shipment and we will gladly accommodate when possible.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 72 hours of purchase.

Occasionally, Truce Luxury may be traveling on sourcing trips to acquire new pieces. During these periods, shipment may require up to 10 business days.

We appreciate your patience during these times as we carefully prepare your parcel.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a parcel becomes lost in transit, Truce Luxury will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter.

For collector reassurance, we fully cover the value of items lost during transit.

Damaged Shipments

While every effort is made to package items securely, if your parcel arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us promptly and retain all packaging materials so a claim may be initiated with the carrier.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your parcel arrives, we kindly ask collectors to confirm receipt so we know your piece has arrived safely.

Your confirmation allows us to close the shipment record and ensures peace of mind for both parties.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Truce Luxury cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

We are happy to accommodate shipping holds or delayed shipment requests for collectors who may be traveling.
